My work is grounded in attachment theory and informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help clients understand the deeper emotional and relational dynamics driving their distress.

For individuals, this often means learning how to regulate emotions, understand relational triggers, and develop a stronger internal sense of security. For couples, it means identifying the negative cycle that keeps repeating and creating a safer, more responsive emotional connection.
