As you create new patterns of living, your mind still wants to react or respond in the way it was used to for many years.
The first step in implementing new ways of neurons ‘firing’ is awareness.
The next step is acting on those ways.
The third step is allowing yourself “wiggle room” and being gracious with yourself.
The fourth step is to reflect and see how things have changed or not changed and once again become aware.
I am a firm believer in our brain’s neuro-plasticity and our ability to produce new pathways to function and develop healthier thought processes.
